The Executive Business Plan was created during a time that I worked as an investment banker. In that position we needed to create a "value proposition" or a reason for an investor to get interested in investing in our client's business in a matter of minutes.

The Executive Business Plan can also be considered an executive summary of a traditional business plan. However, as a banker, the  executive summary version of a business plan is what I wanted to see!
